Gray Label AW17: MY WAY

The Amsterdam based kids clothing brand Gray Label launches their new MY WAY collection on Monday August 7 2017. This collection shows that children have their own character from a very young age, which may inspire parents to enhance the uniqueness of children, instead of dictating their identity.

The colour of the MY WAY collection is Burgundy; the colour of a warrior, bringing power and determination.

This combined with the seasonal minimalistic styles like the Straight Pant, Chunky Cardigan, L/S Long Dress and the Hooded Cardigan with Snaps, give children the space to be who they want to be.

 

Honest portraits

For the MY WAY campaign, the kids Victor, Paloma, Beer, Shay and Filippa are portrayed in the most untouched way. While the season continues, we get to know their characters by following their undirected stories.

The kids are in charge. We asked them how they wanted to be photographed, instead of telling them how to pose. Where typical children’s fashion campaigns show the perfect smile, these kids dare to be shy, happy, outrageous or not willing at all. They are themselves.
